At Charter, we recognize that Canadian businesses are operating in an increasingly complex matrix. Today’s business leaders face an unprecedented convergence of stringent regulatory compliance demands, escalating cyber threat landscapes, and ecosystem fragmentation, often while navigating resource and headcount constraints.

Charter meets that complexity directly. We architect, deploy, and operate mission-critical infrastructure that underpins some of Canada's most vital networks, bringing enterprise-grade discipline to mid-market realities.

NOTRE HISTORIQUE

Capacity that carries the program without permanent headcount

We take on program leadership, vendor coordination and day-to-day operations, transferring capability into your team rather than building a dependency.

Our sustainability

Every decision, weighed against its footprint.

Sustainability isn't a side initiative at Charter, it's part of the strategy itself, reflected in how we work and what we ask of our partners.

Equipment recycling and repurposing for clients

When client technology reaches end of life, Charter repurposes and recycles it rather than sending it to landfill. This extends the useful life of hardware across our client base and reduces the volume of e-waste tied to every refresh cycle.

Circular-economy partnerships across suppliers and distributors

We work with supplier and distribution partners who are moving toward circular-economy practices, not just single-use procurement. That means the equipment we source and deploy is chosen with its full lifecycle in mind, not just its purchase price.

Reduced first-use plastics and packaging

Charter has cut first-use plastics and Styrofoam from how we package and ship technology to clients. It's a small change applied consistently across every deployment, rather than a one-time initiative.

In-house recycling programs

Beyond client-facing equipment recycling, Charter runs its own internal recycling programs at our facilities. Sustainability is treated as an operating standard inside the company, not just an offering we sell outward.

Water and energy conservation at our facilities

Our facilities, including our Passive House certified headquarters, are built and operated to minimize water and energy use. Energy-efficient product selection carries this same principle into the technology we recommend and deploy.

Hybrid work model, reducing our commuting footprint

Charter's company-wide hybrid work structure isn't just a flexibility perk, it's a deliberate reduction in the collective commuting footprint of our team. It reflects the same "Forward, Together" thinking we apply to client engagements.
