The acquisition will close on December 1, 2015.
The Asset purchase of AMA’s Network Security Group fits strategically with Charters’ business of designing, building and managing some of the most critical, high performance networks and data center infrastructures in Canada. The acquisition allows Charter to expand their sales and services offering to a greater customer base of both Private and Public sector customers throughout central Canada.
The integration of the skills, experience and reputation developed over a period of 28 years by NSG with our Toronto team will further Charter’s goals of delivering business innovation and 100% customer satisfaction to existing and new customers. The move also accelerates Charters’ growth plan and further establishes its position as a national leader in the Enterprise, Service Provider and Data Center markets.
